Use Cases

Create a New Resume from Scratch

Experience is scattered across project documents, internship summaries, or portfolios, and you don't have a complete resume yet. Provide the materials and target job description to the AI, and it will first organize the facts, then generate a one-page version.

Compile an AI product resume from these materials, first confirm the facts, then use basic-a4 to output HTML and PDF.

Update an Existing Resume

You already have a satisfactory PPT, PDF, Word, or HTML resume, but adding a new experience often disrupts pagination, spacing, and alignment. The Skill will try to reuse the existing visual language, insert or replace content, and then rebalance the entire page layout.

Keep the current template, add this internship to the experience section; do not delete other content, and re-check the one-page layout.

Maintain Multiple Versions for Different Roles

When applying to different positions with the same experience, the facts remain the same, but the order, titles, keywords, and emphasis need adjustment. Provide the job description, and the Skill will generate a corresponding version.

Based on this JD, adjust to the data product direction, retain the original facts, and export a separate version.

How It Works

2. Skill processes: The AI analyzes the materials, organizes facts, distinguishes education, internships, projects, and skills, selects an appropriate template, automatically adjusts font sizes, line spacing, paragraph spacing, strives to keep one page, and avoids text overflow, overlap, or abnormal line breaks. It preserves the original color of the avatar and ensures the QR code is clear.
3. You get: A fully laid-out HTML resume, which can be exported as PDF. Subsequent modifications can be made through natural language conversation.
